Low team work, It was a mix feeling working at Gower School and I prefer not to mention it. However I learnt from other teachers in different classes I supported while I was at Gower school and which I still used today and I am thankful to those teachers

Long hours, unfair to TAs

Coworkers are lovely but the headteacher has unattainable expectations for teaching assistants that she requires to be around children from 8am - 5pm, 5 days a week for 48 weeks a year.

I have learnt a lot from different people. the management was good. when there is less staff work gets hard. I enjoyed working with the children and staff and joining in the different activities for the children at school.
