Avoid at all cost

This has to have been the worst place to work. Very clicky alot of backstabbing. No help from manager when asked. Some staff broke rules and were never disaplined for it. The way they treat the residents is shocking. When on call they can ring you for the silliest of things early hours of the morning. Often enough after a 12 hour shift you was made to do a night shift due to staff shortages. WOUL...
