They're trying to grow, but eventually their marketing techniques will stop working, as they're already seeing in the recent years with a significant drop in new customers coming in. They have very little online presence due to their extortionate pricing (not remotely competitive), but the next generation of clients won't respond to newspaper adverts and cold mailings so they need to do something about that.
Good. The company is doing very well so I feel my job is safe. They are growing too.
