I get satisfaction by helping people being heard. The good thing is it’s flexible. It would be nice to get more jobs. I would like more remote jobs.Hard working people should be appreciated for their hard work.

I have doing interpreting for 10 years and this company is one of the best . Their rates are good, lots of jobs, and they pay on time. Much better than most agencies. The team are very nice to interpreters.

Very effective

Great amount of work, although most of the assignments are very far away, which makes it a waste of time.I am very happy with the way the treat the employees and the process to register was easy. I had to pay 77 pounds for the DBS, which I didn't have to in other agencies.

interesting every time

I go to the different places every time. It can be a hospital, prison, probation office, school, housing and benefit office or private home. The job is always challenging but at the same time never hard or boring but every time enjoyable. I have learned patience, prompt solution solving, working under pressure and never mix personal opinion with professional part.

Sometimes journey to work takes longer than the job itself.
