Work-life balance

Great work to place
Overall, a really great environment to work in. Expectations of everyone are high but the whole team put it a lot of work to make it a success. Management offer great support to their teams and there's a lot of fun incentives to reward everyone's hard work.

Fun place to work with good atmosphere set by great mgmt.
Managers are great throughout, Nathan the CEO sets the standard for this. At every level of the management, they are invested and care about you and your development so long as you are determined to succeed and work hard. I worked in sales, it is a very hard job, you need to be consistent, resilient and self-motivated to name a few, however if you put the work in you will be rewarded for your efforts not only in fantastic financial incentives, but also in appreciation and recognition. Also, there is table-tennis which is both a good and a bad thing, good because it's an amazing way to break the day up on lunch, bad because it makes looking for a job after working here more difficult.

Like you if you sell; forgotten about if you are not doing so well. Senior sales management gossip and make fun of other employees. Dog it dog environment, you will only survive if you are a favourite and part of the clique.
