Answered 31 January 2019I'd agree the managers whom; are supposed to be supporting the store don't and couldn't care about staff or their progress in the company. You will eventually find a good reason to bring an employment tribunal claim against some of them at mid - counties co - operative for unfairness and discrimination of your rights at the company.
Answered 12 March 2019Manic, rushed and basically under trained and scapegoated if you do things wrong. Having to do dates, tills, put stock out or run post office and tills at the same time just gets stressful while supervisors refuse to help or do anything but fill gaps.
Answered 27 January 2020The minimum age restriction is 16, this includes working on the till, however selling restricted items requires authorisation from an 18+, we have quite a few 16 - 17 yr olds at our store who need this.
