Not very professional
Health Care Assistant (Current Employee) - Tayside - 20 January 2023
Very disorganized and unprofessional, management are passive aggressive, the pay is less than advertised, they do not take reports seriously and they do not communicate with one another at all. I have heard another staff member being blamed several times for a mistake in time sheets, shift or paperwork. Training is offered but not provided. Very toxic, there are better agencies out there.
Pros
Free uniform
Cons
No consistency, poor pay, lack of organisation, unprofessional management

Poor company
Care Assistant (Former Employee) - various - 7 January 2023
They come across as a good company, but realistically they pay poorly, usually less than actual care home staff. They offer etc pay when picking up last min shifts but never pay it. They have zero regards for the staff. If you make a complaint about a care home, they do nothing about it.
Pros
Non
Cons
They don’t pay as it’s stated

Great agency
Agency Nurse (Current Employee) - Scotland - 31 August 2022
Everyone that I have been in contact with has been very friendly and helpful. Timesheet are easy to do, option to store up your holiday pay with pay roll and I've always been paid on time. Like every agency work is not guaranteed but the partnership does try and keep you in the same place as long as possible so you build up knowledge of that particular place and you are not a new person each day.
Pros
Good rate of pay, option to save for annual leave, return to the same place of work, free uniform, easy to use timesheets
Cons
Work not guaranteed

Jobs at THE NURSING PARTNERSHIP
Reliable and helpful, always had support
Staff Nurse (Current Employee) - Fife - 1 May 2020
Throughout my time working with The Partnership I have continuously had work working within my own geographical location. When I have been asked to work out with my own area managers have negotiated with myself.
I have had no difficulty during placements and if I have been concerned or unsure the agency has always had someone around to answer questions.
I have been encouraged to attend training and self reflect regularly and during my time I have enhanced ad increased knowledge and skills working within the elderly population.
Very supportive with a work and home life balance.
Pros
wok when i choose
Cons
Paid is under average

Avoid total shambles
Nurse (Former Employee) - Glasgow, Glasgow - 15 April 2020
Please avoid this company. Shambles
No interviews or background checks before you are given shifts. No Pvg needed.
Management jump in and think they know it all. Pay was always wrong and no shifts
No Ppe equipment provided very poor company and lots of backstabbing goes on

Wonderful experience working with the Nursing Partnership
Health Care Assistant (Current Employee) - Dundee, Dundee City - 14 April 2020
I have worked with the Nursing Partnership for a few years now and have no regret at all.
They have good management staff who are highly considerable. They listen and consider complaints and comments. I love its flexible nature which allows one to work when available.
I have not seen any of the management staff yet they are always so nice as they attend to me through phone, email or text messages. Ever ready to help.
So pleased to have worked and still working for the Nursing Partnership. No regret at all.

work is rarely predictable
Registered Nurse (Current Employee) - Variable - 20 February 2020
I think the pay is poor in comparison with other agencies.
I am often asked to work a fair distance from my home.
I am often made to feel guilty if I decline certain shift offers.

Brilliant Agency to work for
Nurse (Current Employee) - Glasgow, Glasgow - 1 December 2019
I have worked for several agencies in Scotland and The Nursing Partnership is by far the best. From the open door policy from the Managing Director and the senior management right through to being made to feel like a valued person rather than just a worker is a pleasure. I love what I do and being able to do it with such a great company that looks after us so well is a bonus.
