Wonderful home

Very honest home to work in. Genuine people with genuine care for the residents. Any issues are dealt with quickly. The residents are offered anything to make there stay happy and comfortable. Staff treat them like their own family. Really wonderful to see. Lots of staff have been there years so not really a high turn over which is nice to see.

Excellent place

The Old Rectory is a family run business. The staff are great so helpful and friendly, and there’s always excellent team work involved. The management, the general manager is really nice so approachable too. They like staff to be flexible to be able to work all shifts as per rota, however they can also work around you with flexibility too. I would highly recommend working for the Old Rectory Nursi...
