Miss working with the fun people here. All caring for you the people and myself. Absolutely amazing people. Only reason I left was due to moving area.
Loved working there. Was so amazing. Lovely staff. Really enjoyed my experience. So I appreciate everyone. Thankyou for having me work with you all. Would highly recommend it.
The management is just awful the stuff I just left her what they have to do on the short staffed all the time a lot of safeguarding concerns when I worked there it’s very outdated when client should be 2 to 1 they’re not
Staff are overworked and under appreciated. Rotas are often changed at the last minute with no notice given to those it affects. Holiday can’t be booked until after 1st January and no more than 2 staff are allowed to be off at the same time.
Management are terrible and very untrustworthy, late lunch intervals with only half an hour for a full working day. A lot of staff will slag you off and terrible pay.
