Fundraiser in London England
on 20 April 2022
Good for a while
It’s a good place to gain experience in a large charity and work on some exciting projects, but progression is very much dictated on when someone leaves and more often than not you’re left with managing two jobs because they can’t (or won’t) backfill a role. Pay could be better, but the flexibility of working from home is good. This is very dependent on individual team culture however, and I don’t feel it’s applied equally across the board.

Fancy name not what it is
Good cause , poor recruitment. They don’t think outside the box to help and reach out to their cause. Not inclusive at all. Out of touch with delivery partners.

Youth Development Worker in Cardiff

Poorly managed.
This company isn't worth the stress. Cade load of 49 young people yet no recognition is rewarded. Quick to assume things and this is very poor considering the wage paid.
Youth development lead in Wales

Excellent training, support, personal development and culture
Excellent place to start your career supporting young people. Fun, challenging, but always supported by colleagues. Managers take their time to help you develop yourself. Very rewarding. Forward thinking, inclusive culture
