Emotionally draining workplace
With what I thought would be a great introductory role to Counselling/Therapy turned out to be a disappointment. No option to progress even after 3 years service, minimal support from management (who aren't even trained in therapy), massive focus on revenue rather than caring about staff/client wellbeing. Terrible place to work
Really stressful job, with no help at all from management, bullying between staff members, nurses treating the staff and patients like rubbish. Underpaid for the work you do and constantly being called to work on your days off. Regularly missing out on breaks during a 12 hour shift. Sessional therapist in Grove

Busy and fast paced job. Every day is different. Very clicky staff. Management unsupportive. Management unapproachable. Good amount of training. A lot of work place gossip. What would you say about your employer?
