4 hours induction. Then you just get left on your own on the shop floor with no help on your first shift.
Training is alot of reading but covers all bases and if you don't understand something... Ask there is always someone willing and able to help. I received 4hrs initial training and constant support on the floor whilst working. Not from a retail background but have enjoyed my job immensely friendly helpful co workers
There is no training other than reading a piece of paper that’s your training then you have to sign it,it’s the worst company ever don’t work there avoid avoid avoid
Induction? what induction? Just told to sign paper. Shown how to work till and then left on your own to work the rest out
Induction? Was not trained for the job I was hired for.nor was I shown any fire assembly points, no customer service training. No Till training. No challenge 25. No health and safety.
4 hours mine was, but was paid for!
2-4 hours including till training, store tour and paperwork
30 minutes As they leave you to it and tell you to just sign everything.
Brief as anything, they won’t offer training but will have you sit like a robot filling out paper, if you ask a question the person doing your induction probably doesn’t know as they won’t be trained, same as you won’t be for your whole job lol
