the only good thing was my colleagues

Unprofessional and lazy management in Dulwich restaurant. The whole family of the assistant manager workes there and obviously had enjoyed privileges regarding rota, duties, hours etc. The GM is absolute nuts, shouting with or without reason, even when customers. Massive turnover on staff, no idea how was not noticed from the area managers!!!

do not work here

don’t work here if you value your mental health. the management is awful and the staff turnover is so fast you meet new colleagues every single week. lots of shouting and arguments.

Utterly draining place to work

On the face of it The Real Greek looks and tastes the part. The reality is different. Micromanaged from a London Head Office who don’t understand the local culture; the only important thing is squeezing more profit. Staff are a causality in this.
