  • Shambles, I got sent an email telling me the names of the two people who would be interviewing and it was two different people, one had only been there 2 days. The email also asked me to research the company as I would be asked questions around it. They didn’t ask one question about What I knew about Regenda, they just told me about it.

  • There is an assessment centre, this is where you spend the morning doing group work so that the management can see how people work as a team but also to see if you have the values that the company work towards. If you get through the assessment centre you then have a face to face interview.
