Good friendly work place. The office environment is very old fashioned and American but the people who work there are very nice and professional. Most staff stick around for 10-15 years.

Well organised and productive office

Learned how to properly maintain a large building. The management in my department was well organised, friendly and knowledgable. The most enjoyable part of my job was learning new skills.

Average workplace with good people

Some days are very busy, other days are spent talking and drinking cups of tea. There is extensive training available, though training received depends on management. Colleagues easily become friends, which is the best part of the job.

Rotating shifts, tedious but secure

There isnt much work going on most days and it can be a bit of a grind but it is secure and is a good start on an IT career. Rotating shifts can be a pain too if you have other commitments.

hard working, but a fun place to be too

I do not want to give a review of the Company, as it depends which departments you work in as to how you will be treated. Overall the company is stable and been around for 100+ years (known as Kalamazoo previously). Located in Northfield Birmingham with plenty of free employee parking.

A well ran business

Kalamazoo is a very well run business. In the environment I worked on I never felt appreciated and was treated as not needed. The progression was there but there was no real benefit. Regardless of whether you progressed or not you'd always get the same pay rise.
