Don’t bother!
Worked at the ROH for a few years. Very poor management and the more you do the more they want. Lazy staff get left alone because it’s too much hassle for management to performance manage. If you are struggling with your job roll they would rather demote than support you. No progress, unless your face fits & managers managing managers. * Staff member came in the department with symptoms of covid...

Not autism friendly, failed to make reasonable adjustments
They didn't understand my disability, I felt misunderstood, victimized and humilated. They assumed I wasn't fit to work without making effort to make adapatations to support my difficulties. This resulted in me leaving the job. I was quite disappointed and distressed with how they dealt with me in the last few months.

Great support from management
Everyone is treated fairly, I worked in outpatients and the manager is the best firm manager I have ever had working in the nhs. No favouritism, everything done is according to the books but will always get support when needed
