Very good work colleagues. Bad for personal growth
Accounts Payable Clerk (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 24 October 2023
Good to meet people. The managers where not that knowledgeble & they had the habit of micromanage. It was very busy at all times. Job was very repetitive & did not leave room to growing or improve your skills. No support with accounting studies. Higher management gives preference to long standing staff even if they don't have the drive to do things correctly.

Rewarding
Support Worker (Former Employee) - Glasgow, Glasgow - 10 August 2023
I worked in a homeless accommodation through an agency and enjoyed my time, the staff were lovely and supportive. Can be a difficult job at times, but that’s the nature of this particular job, however definitely rewarding at times. And learned a lot.

Shambles
Assistant Manager (Former Employee) - Glasgow - 6 August 2023
Job itself was easy enough, mostly arranging collections of furniture from people's houses and switching stuff that had sold with new stock. Management is absolutely diabolical. Severe attitude problems, no praise only constant put downs even if targets were hit. Training is non existent, your told to sign a training log and you'll get shown things at a point in the future which never happens.
Pros
Nice staff and volunteers
Cons
Management is extremely poor

General Assistant/Cleaner (Current Employee) - Birmingham - 26 July 2023
OK to work for, if your young and healthy but if your older and then get a illness or disability they don't want you anymore, and try to get rid of you anyway they can which is sad but true
Pros
Not bad holiday's and pay
Cons
No connections with h/r

Stay away
Manager (Current Employee) - North Eastern Territory - 17 July 2023
Working here has been a joke.. This is a for-profit company that idealism of them being anything but that is wrong. When you have to go up against a number from the year before and have to make production numbers, have to make quality and quantity decisions to make a productive is simply ridiculous. The regionals the directors of operations in Detroit are all drinking the Kool-Aid and they micro criticize successful managers for what they do just to stifle them.
Pros
If you have a heartbeat it's for you
Cons
Money, uneducated poor management, uneducated poor operations, and uneducated poor handling of anything within the organization
