When HR give themselves a new name.
You know there's something not quite right when Human Resources rename themselves as Talent and Culture. Some nice people but alot of bullying cliques and fake smiles. They seem to enjoy making other departments life difficult and keep the benefits to themselves. If they don't like you then they will make your life very difficult to get you to leave. If you love what you do avoid this place! The managers are useless!
Possibly one of the worst places I’ve worked at by far…. To many egos in one place. Thom and luis are so unprofessional.I really don’t know how they got the job because they’re both useless, No skills whatsoever!Nothing good to learn here.. unfortunately! Wages not great either.

Friendly colleagues but poor management
The best thing about working at the Savoy was the team people are so friendly. However, you work for very long hours social life is non existent.Management is not the greatest. There is no room for develop. They promise a lot but nothing is done. They need to look after their staffs a lot more. Most people you speak with working there are unhappy. The salaries are quite low.
