In all honesty, rubbish.

The the front office itself is a joke, they are rude and send you further away because it’s cheapest for them, they put you in the cheapest hotels and they make you share rooms with people you don’t even know because once again it’s cheaper for them. If you do have to get cabs from the station to the store you’re at there is little to almost zero communication with you on that part, they create inconvenient situations and threaten to charge you for expenses if you want to leave the shift and oh Yh if you decide to not take the next shift they give you, bare in mind you could’ve come from a 12day or 6day shift, then they will not give you work for sooooo long, it could take you 1-2 months just to get 1 shift, ridiculous. Do not join unless you want quick and stressful money

Don't bother

Management talks to you like #@#@ expect you to work constantly such as you will just about to finish a 14 day job and they will message and say we have got you a train ticket to go straight to wherever with no break and they don't ask they try to tell you and if you say you want a weekend off to see your family etc they don't like it and won't give you any further work for 2....3 weeks if your lucky. You are better working 5 days not 7 it works out about 40...50 quid better wages if you work 7 so not worth it. But believe me this company wants blood lol

Good place too work for

I worked there coming 12 months honestly can't fault it you get too drive all over the UK and meet some new mates love it you get paid weekly and a hotel.

Don't bother

Do you enjoy walking an hour to and from a pick up location? Spending another hour in a cramped car to job, working 10 hrs (and only being paid for that work) wasting 3-4 hours unpaid each day.

3 hrs unpaid followed by work then unpaid travel and pickup, Bullied management, 0 hr contract with no guaranteed work week in week out.

treated like a robot not a human. the office has no respect for its employees sends jobs at the other end of the country with no regards to travelling time. team leaders are disrespectful too . some jobs can be stressful others boring & a waste of time.drivers get no extra pay for ferrying others around, travel time is unpaid.

Great place to work

I was with the shore group for over 3 years in the capacity of a security officer for construction sites all over Kent/London. They try to keep you in work as much as possible, never had any issues with pay, all my expenses (mileage, lunch, uniforms) were paid on time as I got paid weekly. The Kent office staff (Chatham) were always very helpful, understanding and approachable. Can not think of anything negative to say about the Kent office team (Chatham) as my over 3 years of dealings with them was stress-free.

Avoid them unless they repent and do the right thing always

I have worked for this company but I wasn’t paid. Please be careful and think twice if you want to give them another chance, you could work for free if you choose to cooperate with them!It seems that they don’t want to change their wrong behaviour and is curious how come they’re still on business. Is this the way how they survive in this world, by deceiving people?Very sad!I hope that they will change and will give back all the money they own to those who chose to cooperate with them, as long as they have the breath of life in them!

Rubbish company to work for

Not the best company to work for. Always get ripped off with wages and if you're not quick enough accepting work then sometimes go a month or two without. Only perk was getting to see different parts of the country. Would definitely not recommend.

Good for what you get

Don't always get regular jobs. You take work when they offer you it. Will get you working weeks without a day off. Pay is not bad. Also paid for fuel.

Dreadful Agency, avoid if you can!

Your pay will be deducted about 4+ times before being paid and every week you’ll just be questioning the amount you’ve been paid.You will pay your NI and Employers NI. Including your tax and the Umbrella companies fee. You do overtime work and sometimes they don’t even record that so you have to chase them up for that. They have one job which is to pay us correctly and they can’t even do that sometimes. Is this a company you want to work for? A bloody joke you’re better off staying unemployed with your dignity then dropping your standards and joining this establishment.

To much Travel

Worked for shore for only 4 night shifts . Team leader spoke to me like a child . Even though I had more Experience than Him . Finished night shift and was Informed I had to travel from Liverpool to London alone for my Next Night shift . Company are a joke no Aspect of time Management at all . Be aware if not in umbrella company for pay . Self Employed vacancy they give anybody a job

this company owns me money! a disgrace cheat that need be struck off the register

Lewis only paid half of my last time sheet hours. This company is a cheat and should not be allowed to conduct business. Paid half and tries to blame it on others. Watch out for this crook and be aware before you do any work through or for them.

great place to work for

Great place to work and weekly pay is great but its a margin that comes out of my wage that I don't like apart from that its great my agent is great to, any problems I can message her and I'll get a reply.

Not fun and not productive.

Fees everywhere. Not recommended to work more then 30 hours otherwise you pay them more. Management not working properly you waiting fro everything and they never come back to you.

I think your company are disgusting ..don't evin pay employees what they earn. You should be shut down. Iv bin waiting 3 weeks for the rest of my wages that you are refusing to give when I am in a signing in book ?? Your fobbing people off with excuses just so you keep the benifits . 50/50 experience

From time time the industry goes quiet and there will be no work for weeks and it's very frustrating trying to get back into work...I have also had alot of positive times with shore and I continue to receive work from them to this day
