The most useful review selected by IndeedIf you want to be paid at all and on time I would avoid this company at all costs. Nobody in there office are willing to help you when there is a problem I never got any timesheets sent to my address but they insist you cannot be paid without one poor management and a rude owner.

Dreadful Agency, avoid if you can!

Your pay will be deducted about 4+ times before being paid and every week you’ll just be questioning the amount you’ve been paid. You will pay your NI and Employers NI. Including your tax and the Umbrella companies fee. You do overtime work and sometimes they don’t even record that so you have to chase them up for that. They have one job which is to pay us correctly and they can’t even do that sometimes. Is this a company you want to work for? A bloody joke you’re better off staying unemployed with your dignity then dropping your standards and joining this establishment.

Worked for them as a labourer for about 5 months,always had a good hours there,even had a pay rise.. Only worked for Beau-cool manager,polite and respectfull,5 stars for him personally, never had any problems with Shore Group..Good agency to work for

Poor agency, poor pay by umbrella company.

Your hard earned pay will be deducted about 4+ times before being paid.
You will pay your own National Insurance and Employers National Insurance. Including your tax and the Umbrella companies fee.
You can try and negotiate a better rate but probably won’t have much luck. Find an agency who will pay you PAYE and not umbrella.
Staff are also very poor. There are much better agencies than sure group, please use them.

Good fast job to apply , kinda small wages

So far is good reliable agency for work, very fast response from representatives and staff. The cons about is that in beginning you will work different sites.

Great agency to work with.

I've been working for them 3 times in the past 2 years. First job with them was unreal, 7mths job with long good paid shifts, always get paid on time, never get less than what I expect. Was a great time when I did work for them. Happy with them and for sure if I get the chance I will do work for them again.

Poor company run by selfless people

Worked for them a few times, and will not do so again. The pay is poor and the umbrella company they use to pay you is even worse. There were several times I wasn't even paid, and had to wait until the following Friday, only to have more issues. If I could swear I would just say avoid this effing company if you value your mental health.

Worst agency.

This is the worst agency. Scammers and deceivers. They do not fulfill their obligations, do not answer phone calls and do not pay salaries. Already one month I can not get my money. I hear only promises. This agency must be deprived of a work permit.

I worked as a labourer being paid 9.50 an hour.The payroll company,boost pay apparently owned by Shore group charged me 26 pounds per week.I suggested the payroll.company margin was excessive and was told by Shore Groups consultant they made no profit from.the construction company i was sent to work with and needed to make a profit.I worked 3 days and in the meantime found another job and left.Would i work for them.again?
