RSH is a total lost cause. Years of mis- management and brushing problems and concerns under the carpet whenever you raised anything that they didn’t want to hear .Where would anyone start to try to unravel and tackle the mess caused by years and years of accepted and learned invidious behaviours . So glad I’m out of it , it was a complete relief to leave and I can honestly say I’ve never worked in an enviroment like it since thank goodness.
Answered 7 October 2020They will ask you about the trust values which you can find on the trust site also they will ask what can you off to the post and also they may ask you what would you do if a patient was aggressive or a relative, also may ask what would you do in certain situations.

Answered 4 January 2020• Dealing with consultants who believed their appointment was entitlement or as a means to throw their clinical weight around. • Rude, condescending, obnoxious and at times aggressive senior staff whose management style consisted of ‘do as I say’. • Other Admin staff who assumed that their PA status to the CEO or other executives entitled them to act as if they were the CEO. • Clinical staff who used ‘Patient Safety’ not because of any safety issue but as a tactic to exert pressure or get what they want.
