Monitor senior staff, one constantly bullied a disabled bloke, several ignore the staff who have been their for years promoting staff who have not even passed probation and thus don't have a clue about the energy industry-asking those who should of been promoted the answer, then passing it on lol. This shows everyone there is no promotion on merit and then everyone suddenly leaves!
Not have agendas against people
Dont show favouritism towards people and treat/progress on merit.
Stop promoting yes men/women you wont get anywhere as a business
Work on the hours
Too many unexpected changes being made
No onsite parking available
