What would you suggest The Sigma Financial Group management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Monitor senior staff, one constantly bullied a disabled bloke, several ignore the staff who have been their for years promoting staff who have not even passed probation and thus don't have a clue about the energy industry-asking those who should of been promoted the answer, then passing it on lol. This shows everyone there is no promotion on merit and then everyone suddenly leaves!

  • Not have agendas against people
    Dont show favouritism towards people and treat/progress on merit.

    Stop promoting yes men/women you wont get anywhere as a business

  • Work on the hours

  • Too many unexpected changes being made
    No onsite parking available
