Overall Enjoyable
Nice, skilled team, fun projects and good work life balance. Could have more creative freedom but that's expected in a large company. Overall good experience!

Nice place to work
Mainly pricing clothing/shoes for stores, or distributing stock to boxes to be delivered to stores. Targets are tough but everyone understands that it takes a while to get up to them. It is genarally a really nice place to work, there is a geniune effort to support staff and make the environment fun and supportive. The canteen is great and people are just generally pleasant and welcoming.

Big retailer that will progress you only to gaslight you
Senior management will progress you, then turn a blind eye to your success in role and demote you without giving a valid reason, going so far as to exclude you from your peers even when still in role. Colleagues in store are usually great, field team management will pick and choose favourites and heaven help you if you aren’t one of them.

Ok but Bad management
Company is good, nice canteen, but bad Management , she didn’t ask the lazy workers to work but let the good workers cover their works / fix their mistakes , shame.

Only automatons need apply.
Despite what they say, you are just a number to management, they have no respect or consideration for employees. You will get shipped out to other departments without further training and expected to get same performance as people who have been there years.
