Supervisor in Hanley

Friendly
The staff and management are friendly and supportive. Can get very busy and fast paced but this makes the days go fast. Not much in the way of job progression.
Sales Assistant in Manchester

Stressful
High expectations for minimal praise. Unrealistic targets for sales and ad ons. Overtime is given out unfairly. Favouritism from management. Very poor pay compared to the hours worked. Lack of training and opportunities to move up in the company. Harassment not dealt with appropriately.
