Management had whatever days they liked as holiday while someone like myself couldn’t have any holiday due to their demanding ways and always needing me in
Yes but not encouraged.
No they cannot as there isn't enough staff to cover and there needs to be at least 2 deputies per week. If someone has booked a day off no one else can book it off.
