6 questions about Hiring Process at The Works Stores Ltd
We actively encourange and love to promote and grow our own from within. With access to our internal job board, all these roles are positions we'd love our colleages to step into. There is a natural challenge that whilst there are plenty of opportunies to progress into, the locations are not always on the doorstep and would require travel / relocation. Unfortinately, we can't have two Store Managers in the same store for example, but if you're open to working in different locations, there's plenty of support and opportunity to help you get there!Progression isn't a single ladder at The Works. If you join us as a Sales Assistant, it doesn't mean you can only aspire to Deputy Manager, Store Manager then Area Manager. With access to our 'Can-do Academy', our colleagues can access hundreds of e-learning modules to learn, develop and explore other areas that are of interest in our Support Centre roles or Distribution Centre.
