Treat all staff with respect and expect to be treated likewise to build a happy team that cared for one another,providing everyone pulled together.
Treat staff with respect provide full uniforms and propper tea breaks treat the staff with respect after all respect is a two way street if you make a member of staff feel respected and needed they will give you their all
Promote within the company develop your current manager's who want to progress
