Had a quick interview with the assistant manger and it was pretty chill. She asked me what I knew abt the company, what my hobbies were and what my availability was. I ended up being hired on the spot and asked to fill in an online form when we were done.

General interview process of phone interview then face to face if successful.

Straight forward questions with the Branch Manager, and for higher positions, with the Area Sales Manager
You answer The questions given by your interviewers and if they Think that you have had enough experience, they will hire you.
