Our Hybrid Working model is available to the majority of teams within Support Centre. Through video meetings and online collaboration tools, most teams can work flexibly to get the job done. Teams have the flexibility to decide how often they meet in the office to collaborate in person, this is typically one or two days per week.
Due to the nature of the work needed, Hybrid working is not available within out Retail Store positions or the majority of our Distribution Centre positions.
