What would you suggest The Works Stores Ltd management do to prevent others from leaving?

9 answers

  • I would suggest to The Works to come up with any outside-the-box thinking mindset to avoid any signs of boredom and any neediness to want to have a rest from any potential newcomers.

  • Employ better Managers

  • Ask how we genuinely feel. I felt bullied by my area manager and there was no one I could turn to as she had been in the business so many years. Now look at half of her area that has dropped off this year.... That isn't a coincidence

  • Leave themselves, they are bullies.

  • Respect them and stop bullying them! Try to understand what your team is going through and support them! Actually do some work instead of locking yourself in the office! Stop lying about your staff to HR when you want to get rid of them! Stop abusing your staff! Give more hours to people! Give better conditions to work in! Give better stores to work in! Get CCTV cameras instead of accusing your poor staff of stealing money!! Stop driving them to depression and then complain that they have mental health issues and then fire them!!

  • Not a lot other than relocating to avoid conflict

  • Making sure everyone feels equal

  • Give more staff to complete the workload

  • Better allocation of staffing levels, better salary for management

Help jobseekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
