Great Progression, pay and company support

Great and loads of support. Loads of opportunities to move from department to department. Can be understaffed quite a bit but new clinics can be. They support you more than the customer. They’d rather lose a client than you, so they’ll refund a client if it means they can get rid of them.It can be hard with a kid, especially with long hours. Leaves very little family time

Terrible

I saw very early on, on my first day, management do not care about your staff wellbeing as you are required to stand for a 12 hour shift without given a chair. if you are in pain they dont care. very messy, chaotic and unorganised. You also dont get paid ontime, you also dont get your pay that you should be getting, every month myself and colleagues would have to chase payroll to discuss the error...

Awful. Only word to us

Over worked, under paid, bad culture, rude staff and management, worked like dogs! Management go against policies all day everyday meaning you could be doing a full body in 45 minutes then expected to do 4 of them in a row. Even first break an hour into 12 hour shift??? So they can make clients happy and work you like dogs. Culture is awful staff are also arguing and unhappy

Good progression opportunities

Staff are all lovely girls. Hectic at times but okay if you enjoy fast paced work. Very sales orientated but good commission structure. Very thorough training provided & lots of opportunities for progression.

not a great place to work

tbh it’s not too bad if a job but this job takes all the fun out of it. you work long hours, constantly back to back with clients, the pressure for sales is way too much, staff discounts aren’t great
