How would you describe the pace of work at Therapie Clinic?

My clinic is new and has been great. I’ve been allowed to grow and learn with the clinic. Yes, many treatments are shortened when booked in automatically, but everyone in my clinic understands it’s too short and always extends to a reasonable time. No one then shortens out treatments afterwards, and management always support us.
You are trained by Thérapie in-house, and it’s important you stick to it as it will you progress a lot.
Management are down to Earth, and do not abuse their power.
Our team get along, and we’re not expected to be best friends. We know how to work together.
Complaints about treatments, clients or the clinic are taken seriously.
Area managers are also lovely and make sure to teach you, not demean you. There are no unrealistic expectationsToxic.
Too busy and they expect you to do everything so quicklyTOXIC

Unhealthy, there is no need to shorten treatments which require such precision and safety.
