Therapie Clinic Pay & benefits reviews: Therapist

Was sold a dream working at therapie with amazing pay and commission, when in fact the pay isn’t good as you work 12 hour days and promised pay that you don’t receive, there’s not much work life balance as staff shortages are constant, and the pressure to sell is constant also, which clients pick up on. Although the team of girls are amazing the company itself is ran poorly and staff are not appreciated.

Good place to work has its benefits also and clinics are very well presented. Sales can be very competitive and stressful to cope with unless you are trained in it. can be very intense to work with all girls somtimes as alot of pettiness can occur. staff well being and like mental health is not took into consideration they just see money signs and alot os expected of the team sales wise rather than making sure we perform safe treatments.

Absolutely love clients, this was my dream job. But it turned to nightmare. Every day before going to work was thinking about the excuses, but still worked as have family to feed. Monthly payments always incorrect! Commissions paid if you check them and ask to be sent to payroll department. Management not doing what supposed to be done! Promises given, but never unfulfilled! You will be only lasering, as they are looking laser specialist nit beauty therapist, they can upsell you all! You will have from 14 to 20 clients a day to do laser only!!! Clients are treated like animals as always in the hurry to finish the treatment even knowing that treatment can be unpleasant at some points and treated areas. This place need a good health and safety inspection as nothing has been done at high standards as said!!! Your back and neck will be sore after week and this will not change. The sound from the laser machines as so loud, that you come back home and all you need is quiet place to be with no sound after 12 hours sometimes. Clinic works 7 days a week! 8am-6pm Saturday 10am-6pm Sunday. People are changing in the clinic as no one lasts. There is no parking for the car so you will spend extra every day for parking in Belfast city center. Avoid!

Really professional company with great chance for progression throughout all of the clinics in Ireland & the UK. Fun group of supportive staff.

Great starting pay & really thorough training in Therapies Training Academy in Malahide. No matter what level of laser training we had before we all completed the same course and had loads of support from our trainers and the staff in clinic when I started. Great commission opportunities and staff incentives on top of a high hourly rate. Loads of opportunities for progression

Horrible company

If you want the best for yourself and your future in the aesthetics industry. Avoid this company and all chain aesthetic companies. Long hours. Overbooked days. You can’t do the best for your clients because you are so Over worked and over booked. No care for your mental health or personal issues. All they care about is sales. Unethical practices. No patch testing etc

Worst company to work for

Do not recommend working for this company! Honestly they are the worst company to work for you will be bullied my management and made to feel awful about yourself. They will overbook you with clients and take your breaks away to work on clients and not care. On an 11 hour shift I would get around 28 clients and they’d still try to pack more in. They also do not care about your mental health they’ll treat it as a joke if you tell them and completely disregard it. They’ll also employ people that have not got the right qualifications so they can pay you next to nothing for a hard and exhausting job.
