Toxic, blame, bad management
Answered 25 April 2017
Overall it’s good, best place I’ve worked

It was okay. Sometimes I was expected to do and know things I couldn't possibly without any training, and none was provided, so extremely stressful when it shouldn't have been.

Not getting the training I repeatedly asked for from a certain office staff member, was a case of I know everything (and she did) but I want to be the best. Being told your shift was not good when in fact it was the most productive/best shift of the 3 both from the lab and the office.
