Can be fun, but also hectic!
DESIGN CONSULTANT (Former Employee) - Harrogate, North Yorkshire - 9 August 2022
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedExtremely poor infrastructure and based on poor training and a "Get the deal at whatever the cost" and "do not leave the customer without a signed contract" very unethical sales technic!
Pros
If you have no morals, no scruples and basically a rip off merchant your a winner!
Cons
Long hours poor support and pressured sales technics.

Awful place
Team Leader (Former Employee) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire - 1 September 2023
Like an old school call centre. Staff like battery hens all cooped up together and an awful call centre manager who has favourites. Really poor place to work

Beware!
Fitter (Former Employee) - Uk - 28 January 2023
Promise you the world, but do not deliver. Be prepared for long working hours, lots of travelling, no work life balance. Be aware that all the discounts offered on the products reduce your commission so you end up working for nothing.

None

Was a great company to work for. Once.
Sales Design Consultant (Current Employee) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire - 18 January 2023
Great quality products in the past but now cheapened and they expect to charge a premium for them. Toxic management culture. Middle management are useless, only concerned with looking good to upper management. They offer no support at all.
Pros
None.
Cons
As above.

Avoid Thomas Sanderson
Sales Advisor (Former Employee) - Waterlooville, Hampshire - 15 April 2021
The company itself has changed a lot over the time I was there and since leaving nothing good at all! The management are under qualified overpaid and often treat staff wrongly! They break data protection laws constantly and hound customers with calls constantly we are asked to remove customers number from the system but this never happens! They offer incentives but the winners were always the same or the prizes never materialised!
Pros
Friends who I met
Cons
Management CEO

Well structured pyramid hype
Self-employed Sales designer (Former Employee) - East Riding of Yorkshire - 26 August 2020
The training for this company is without doubt the best part of working for the company. (I realised all be it too late, that I was being sold to)But this is pyramid selling at its best or at best. There is no way that you can make a living working for this company especially in certain areas of the UK. In fact a lot of the customers are aware of the company system off calling the customer to offer a cheaper price after the sales designer has been. There is absolutely no pay whatsoever unless you get the sale on the day. Company offer absolutely no remuneration including petrol even if they get the sale after you have been.
Pros
Good training package
Cons
No sale, no wage

Management
Supervisor (Former Employee) - Coventry, West Midlands - 18 June 2020
The management could be more professional. The salaries could be higher. The opportunities to learn could be more. The benefits could be more. The canteen and break times could be better. The way of treating employees could be better. The overtime hours rate could be higher.
Pros
Very good at new methods
Cons
Hight production targets

not worth it
Sales Rep (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 12 May 2020
commission structure is terrible, good appointments are given to relatives of management across the country. you need to have extra income from another source to be able to survive there. products are beautiful but well overpriced and hard to sell. a high turnover of sales reps

Commission only hard selling job.
Advisor (Former Employee) - Crawley, West Sussex - 11 March 2020
Hard sell culture with not enough appointments. Products although very good are overpriced and are well off the average persons reach.
Training was very good but required a week away at a residential venue and because its a self employed commission only job its unpaid.

Sales & Design Consultant (Former Employee) - Farnham, Surrey - 16 February 2020
Good leads were given to the favourite staff. Traveling a long way with own expense of fuel for a waste of time.
Products too expensive for most leads

Poor leads and no pay if you don’t sell.
Sales Designer (Former Employee) - Kent - 27 November 2019
If you don’t sell you earn nothing, no holiday pay or sick pay. The good leads go to people who who have friends in management, no fair distribution of leads, generally they will give you leads in less affluent areas, your self employed but work solely for Thomas Sanderson, another company avoiding paying pensions and national insurance. Avoid!

Telesales Advisor (Former Employee) - Waterlooville, Hampshire - 18 April 2018
Targets, targets, targets. This company only cares about sales and numbers. If you don't meet them quickly your gone. Tense environment and not a nice atmosphere.

A Sinking Ship
Inside Sales Executive (Current Employee) - Waterlooville - 6 January 2018
Overpriced products, dated sales tactics and slow to embrace change. Management doesn't listen to its staff and they are treated like school children. Poor atmosphere. WIll continually preach "company values" but never in a million years adhere to them.
Pros
Pay
Cons
Job Security

Awesome income, horrific stability
Direct Sales Designer-Manager level (Current Employee) - London, Greater London - 1 January 2018
If you want to earn good money with a company so ensconced in its ivory tower they still think their dated product is better than the competition, and who will spit you out in a flash then this is for you!
Pros
Great holiday incentives, great appointment system, good commission
Cons
Mileage, time slots, price, stability
