Fantastic training for beginners & continued advanced training. I had never done a sales role before and they really helped me with the sales industry Really lovely people to work with – All willing to help you with anything. Constant support Fun & friendly atmosphere Beautiful products absolute pleasure to sell – The fitters are superb Great pay – Earned £40k+ in my first year Head office work really hard in qualifying the appointment You get what you put in to this role


No Cons, would recommend to anyone. I have only left as expecting a baby.

Well structured pyramid hype

The training for this company is without doubt the best part of working for the company. (I realised all be it too late, that I was being sold to)But this is pyramid selling at its best or at best. There is no way that you can make a living working for this company especially in certain areas of the UK. In fact a lot of the customers are aware of the company system off calling the customer to offer a cheaper price after the sales designer has been. There is absolutely no pay whatsoever unless you get the sale on the day. Company offer absolutely no remuneration including petrol even if they get the sale after you have been.

Great Company

5 star company with 5 star customer service and 5 star company culture.Very big on quality and product training, and trends.The company has numerous WhatsApp support groups and BDM, who will ensure you succeed in this field.I will strongly recommend to listen and learn during the training process.This is self employed job

Poor leads and no pay if you don’t sell.

If you don’t sell you earn nothing, no holiday pay or sick pay. The good leads go to people who who have friends in management, no fair distribution of leads, generally they will give you leads in less affluent areas, your self employed but work solely for Thomas Sanderson, another company avoiding paying pensions and national insurance. Avoid!

double glazing sales techniques

I worked as a sales designer for this company. The products are good. Unfortunately the job involved calling somebody who was not in the room so that prices could be dropped. Basically double glazing sales rubbish. If they can take £10,000 of you for a job that they could sell for £2.000 they would. This is actively encouraged within the company. And phone support, as they call it, is compulsory when working for this company. Basically ripping off vulnerable people with overpriced blinds. AVOID. Do not work here unless you are a double glazing kind of sales con artist. Also do not buy from this company as they are overpriced. If you do want to buy, ask them for a price list. They will not be able to produce one because they make them up. I have worked in sales for over 15 years and this is not proper sales, it is ripping off people with over priced goods if they let you. This company is just a bunch of chancers. They try it on with staff by not providing a car or salary. They try it on with customers by overpricing to find out what you can afford to pay.

a very proffessional company

I have been a designer now for just 12 months, direct sales was new to me and it is very up and down regarding sales and income. Thomas Sanderson are an extremely professional company with lots of advice and encouragement given by management to help with any issues you may have. The products are without doubt the best you can buy and are expertly fitted by our team of installers.

I have been a Sales Designer for a year and absolutely love it! Hard Work, Unsocial hours but the commission and rewards are amazing. Great manager support and training

you get your sales appointments evening before eg 9pm-11pm. You do your utmost on the day but if you do not sell you get 3 days to bring in the business or else head office call and cut the price you gave so low that you earn absolutely nothing even though you did all the hard work - some clients now know this and wait for the head office call!! I was also being sent out to appointments that we had seen only 3 months before but had been told we have special pricing so they were expecting a greater discount than already given. A HUGE amount of effort at YOUR expense trying to sell to many that just cannot afford Thomas Sanderson prices. The problem is that the call centre get a bonus for each appointment booked so they do not care if they send you to someone already seen. Many I saw told me they were seeing me only to get TS off of their backs, others that the person in the call centre was all but pleading with them to agree to a meeting!! All this at YOUR expense.


Good money for part of the year


a mega amount of work to have head office take it away from you. all at your expense
