They honestly don’t care about your well being or value your opinions. I have seen this so many times. Once notice was handed in, they don’t ask why. They just allow it to happen. Employee retention is the worst at Three! If they did their jobs properly and didn’t enforce unnecessary stress on employees then this would prevent them to leave
