If it’s the customer advisor role, you apply online to which the recruitment team will email you to do an online video interview. This get reviewed and if they think you’re ideal for the role, they will invite you in for a face to face interview at the store you applied for. If you’re successful you’ll hear back within the week or two and you should start your role pretty soon. Probation period is 3 months

They can but it’s not advisable as you have to be 18+ to sign contracts and sell insurance, how ever it’s not impossible
