Managers are very pushy and fake, same with the area managers. They all have one goal, to make themselves look good and stand out. Even if it means putting all the advisors through unnecessary stress to get there.

Ok. It is not bad and not great.
Not very pleasant, but they keep sending surveys to staff, and putting in the questions they are looking for answers too. the management tell you how you have to complete the surveys, bullied into answering what they want to hear.
