Never pays or never pays on time…. Waiting months and not heard anything from management do not work for them! Do not work for these people, it will save you hassle in the long run

Friendly and supportive team

I have worked for TICS for a year now, all the staff are very supportive of each other and it is a lovely working environment. I have progressed further throughout the company within my first year and I am very happy that I joined this company.

Friendly and enjoyable working environment

Only been working for the company for 6 weeks, everyone has been extremely friendly and supportive. The training I have been given and the ongoing support has been invaluable for me in achieving my goals and objectives.

Keeps work topped up

Self employed electrician who was looking for additional work on top of my own.Very flexible providing the app is used correctly and well paid compared to other similar companies especially with remedial works.Office staff are friendly workload as frequent as your circumstances require.

Supportive and encouraging as part of the bookings team

I joined the TICS family earlier this year. During this time I have had complete support from all areas of the staff team, management are always available to assist with questions and queries and I think that this has really helped me feel confident in the role. There is a clear path on opportunities for progression and I am really glad that I made the decision to take this job role.

I have been chasing them for payment

I did some work for this company last year, they were nice and helpful to begin with but there were issues, on my part as well as theirs. We agreed a settlement for the invoice I raised and they still havent paid, I keep getting fobbed off with we are looking in to it.

Great company to work for

I worked in customer service. I found that everyone is welcoming, friendly and very supportive of each other. It’s all about team work! management are also great! They’re very understanding, supportive and accommodating to your needs.

Horrific

I subcontracted for TICS as an addition to my retirement for 6 months and have never felt so abused in my life by both customers and the company.They get their leads from Price Comparison sites and quote £82 to get the job and charge this as a non-refundable deposit. Once the job is done, they then additionally charge £14.40 per circuit before they release the EICREngineers are not allowed to discuss pricing as most customers at this point realise that cancelling the job results in the loss of their deposit.Additionally, we were not allowed to discuss the test results with the customers resulting in a very threatening atmosphere in the 3 or so hours on site, mostly taking photos or payment would be withheld for not doing soAlways paid late after a lot of chasingIf you have any pride in yourselves or the quality of service you provide, steer well clear of this company.

Jobs not given to your allocated area and then invoices not paid when time to pay for works carried out by engineers

Employs sub ctr engineers and then does not pay invoices end of month. I had many engineers call me to ask if I had been paid, fortunately for me the company also failed to send me jobs in my chosen areas so I quit and thanks to the engineers who alerted me to the issues with non payment of wages. It is a shame as if they can be professional then the company can grow

There are none as u lose fuel and also not paid for jobs done

Never got paid for work done.
