Productive and fun workplace.

Very nice employer!!! Best I've ever had. Despite the job could be stressful at times, there is a lot of help provided and everyone is willing to engage with you. Simply 5 STARS.

Collaboration and support.

Evening hours could be draining.

Great people, need better structure

Pros: great people, very diverse and enriching environment, progression is possibleCons: low salary, lack of change management and real structure (needed in such fast paced environment)

Worst time of my life

Management is always on your case and never helpful when you need them. Felt so trapped in this job and never really supported like some other team members.

Will attain top talent with the money they are throwing at people but will fail to retain the top talent with the poor management.

Worked at TikTok for 8 months and although it started okay, the lack of organisation and communication quickly followed. There is a significant divide between the leaders and IC’s. The management style is poor and there is a real lack of transparency. Your job role can change overnight, without your prior input and you have to be okay with that. There is also a real lack of value for the employees and you are just seen as a number. The company will be able to attain top talent with the aggressive recruitment tactics but will fail to retain the same talent due to the poor management style.

Poor management, lack of value, no transparency, poor communication, no organisation

start up became micro management

You will be followed every single minute by your manager. The efficiency is the main care and it is more and more stressful are the targets increase. There was a change in the company a few months ago and since that, there is poor chance to develop yourself (learning course given by the company are supposed to be taken outside of working hours), to grow up in the company and to properly balance work life and personal life as the schedules are on shift patterns for most of the employees and you don't have a word to say about it.

Don't work for them

Where do I start? All promises about culture and empowering employees, we look after out team members etc none of this happens. It's a very stressful environment with no healthy competition,no time to breathe, not good money for the job you are doing. The culture would be good probably in China but not in Europe. They ebeyr day ask for more and more and on their side offering nothing. Managers are only protecting their interests and telling us don't speak you must be greatful you have a job. They even cut down on breaks. It's the perfect example of the company that everyone thinks is polished and ideal for but on the inside it's culture is just very unhealthy.

Long hours, no proper breaks, not well paid for what you do, lack of empathy

The opportunity of my life

TikTok is probably my biggest chance in my professional career. A lot of things to learn and issues to be focus and grow up. Is the company of the moment.

Stressful, non stop, no time to breath

Hard work, non-stop, no recognition. Used as a machine and nothing more. Salary not reflective of work. Senior members of staff lack basic knowledge required at their level.

Free lunch and snacks

Hours, workload, false promises

Not the best place to have a healthy life

I now every area is different but people have been quitting in all the teams. Workplace culture is not appealing, management has no interest in workers and almost everything is a fight with Beijing to make them understand that we are not living in China. Better not talk about the lack of respect to the workers' privacy.

Fast growing company with great career opportunities

No day is the same at work, you will work with different departments and changes are at constant. If you can handle a fast-paced environment and entrepreneurial environment this is the right fit. Workplace culture is outstanding and will be constantly communicated through events or trainings, games etc. Friendly, smart co-workers

bi-weekly free lunch, bonus salary, central location
