Set hours. But they don’t care how many you do.
No flexibility what so ever, if there's a breakdown at 6pm on a Friday your expected to rush out and get it sorted, you get no thanks or acknowledgement.

Hours are set, no real flexibility. Dosed to be 5 days a week but you're basically always scheduled in for 6.
