13 answers

  • Bare minimum yearly

  • Every year or if required

  • Hardly ever

  • Yearly

  • Once a year and when promoted but after the trial period

  • Your wage is assessed yearly doesn't mean you get a rise yearly, if you don't meet their expectations then you'll receive a pathetic excuse why you haven't got a pay rise

  • When you have past your training after 10/12 weeks then it stays the same unless minimum wage changes

  • You have trainees with 15mins experience being paid pennys less than people who have been with the company for 15yrs.
    No consistency at all.

  • Performance reviews are yearly but every 2 weeks in the first 2 years of your employment.
Pay reviews are bi-annual coming at the end of tax year in April and end of the business year in October dependent on performance you might get a raise before or after these.

  • Never. They dont even do your skill tests on time.
