I really enjoy the work but the backstabbing from management and lack of training with mobile staff meant most days are spent apologising to people for work you didn't do, while refunding work you didn't do that was charged up front.
Hard work, machinery operating at 22,000rpm. have to watch fingers, and follow correct proceedure.
Have to watch what you say, CEO will not say if you upset him, he will even smile at you, but he will remember and can take action, through Management team.
