Absolutely shocking long hours for little pay
Very poor, no communication all too busy wanting bonuses and unfair system
The work environment, you are on your own everyday, you have to do everything yourself. Down to stock ordering to putting it away, to cleaning, managing the shop eg. Serving customers doing the work. It's a very demanding role.
Depressing
Everyone is a wannabe, they want to be in control, they refuse to see or even understand points of facts.
