What is Timpson Ltd sick leave policy? How many sick days do you get per year?

  • Lose bonus and deducted pay if sick

  • There is no sick leave paid only ssp they caused the stress but won't pay for the privilege

  • It's ok, the first 3 days are unpaid, then up to a month full pay (depending on how long you've been with the company). I have in the past received compassionate leave with full pay which was extremely beneficial.

  • Off 6 months with stress, they do look after staff who are ill. but long term will dispose of you, all HR legal and by the board.
