Decent place to work if you are looking for seasonal work

The job is mostly grass cutting using a strimmer and lawnmower before using the blower to tidy up any mess. The tools aren't top notch and can be hard to get replacements but the work itself is simple and not that hard. Like any other landscaping company, you do the usual. Wouldn't really say there's anything there that an experience landscaper can learn its straight forward grass cutting. Shocking company to work for

Avoid like the plague Management don’t have a clue constantly lie to customers refuse to buy decent working machinery. Expect you to work with broke machinery or bodge stuff along. Will throw the staff on the ground under the proverbial bus to save their reputation. Don’t give a proverbial monkeys backside about the staff wages are shockingly low for the industry

Worked for a few Grounds Companies and to be honest they all run very similar , some have left the business and came back so it can’t be that bad . Good lads , management there and on hand to help and support you .
