Decent place to work if you are looking for seasonal work
The job is mostly grass cutting using a strimmer and lawnmower before using the blower to tidy up any mess. The tools aren't top notch and can be hard to get replacements but the work itself is simple and not that hard. Some days can be harder than others depending on work load, weather etc but when dry its easy enough. Workers were decent guys mostly hard working with the few odd lazy ones who wa...

Decent
Like any other landscaping company, you do the usual. Wouldn't really say there's anything there that an experience landscaper can learn its straight forward grass cutting. They don't really get involved with clearing beds or much hedge cutting. Management was ok bit odd, supervisors are brand new. Workplace culture is ok as well just like everyone, guys are there trying to earn a wage. Hardest pa...

Shocking company to work for
Avoid like the plague Management don’t have a clue constantly lie to customers refuse to buy decent working machinery. Expect you to work with broke machinery or bodge stuff along. Will throw the staff on the ground under the proverbial bus to save their reputation. Don’t give a proverbial monkeys backside about the staff wages are shockingly low for the industry

Good lads , management there and on hand to help and support you . Usual issues as with all companies regarding kit and breakdowns , however there is always a quick fix solution or a replacement bought in to use pretty quickly . Clients very demanding ...
