Flexible working and forward thinking culture
I joined TLT during lockdown and have had a very good induction experience, with the option to work remotely and from the office depending on my diary. Managers have ensured I have lots of catch ups and the company seem to be making lots of changes around flexibility, dressing appropriately for your diary and and lots of sustainability initiatives which is refreshing.
