Depot Manager in Luton

Depot Manager
Good Company to work for regardless of personal preferences, ran very strictly, didn't always see eye to eye with upper management. Great staff to work with, worked my way up from an engineer. Wages are not the best but paid on time every week, Mon to Friday but must work from home and weekends if emailed by upper management. Regardless i enjoyed my time with the company and helped grow its base in South England.

Terrible company
This company is ran by a ruthless management team with no morals. Engineers are treated like they are nothing. Sleeper vans for engineers are disgusting. Pay is very poor with very little advancement opportunity. Overall this is a terrible company to work for. It was a task trying to get all the equipment needed for a job. They track your movement to the point where if you stop for the toilet they phone demanding to know why you have stopped. Worst company i have ever worked for. It is Extremely unorganised and the workers are demotivated due to nightmare management. I would advise anyone to avoid the opportunity to work for this company.

A job is as good as i can say
If you have other job offers take them as they will dump on you as soon as they can, no loyalty to there employees. As soon as they start getting quiet they off load staff .and don't hope for pay rises because you'll be disappointed
Transport Manager in Blantyre, South Lanarkshire
on 30 January 2020
Awful place to work
Staff sit at their desks and are not allowed Tea/Coffee or juice at desks only water. Allowed 1 hour break in the day must be taken either 2x15min and 1x30mins or 1 hour lunch but ok for management to drinks coffee. Get into bother if they go to the toilet to much. Staff are so scared of their jobs, management hide behind their doors and send e-mails constant giving orders. There is no conversation with their staff unless to reprimand for the most stupidest things. Staff are lovely, Management are a total disgrace and need to realise that Dickens times and chained to desks is not in the 21st Century. Transport Managers last approx. 3 months if they can stick it that long. I WOULD WARN EVERYONE DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE DESPRESSION AND GET TREATED LIKE SOMETHING THE DOG LEFT BEHIND.
