Work ethic needed

If your looking for a cushdy job go else where. When all the lads work, is a very gd place to work. If you have any sherkers can be a long day. Otherwise a gd place to work.

Your main managers on the driver side are good, those above not so, so just avoid them, let you get on with the work as long as you don't mess up

HGV Driver class 2 (Current Employee) - Coventry - 6 January 2023

Had previous experience on skips and hook loaders but training was given to establish that. Not a hard job just have to have common sense really. Good friendly people and the managers are great. Workload can sometimes be heavy when busy but after 8 hours it’s time and half. Tipping sites can be dusty and smelly but it is what it is, and waiting to get on the weigh bridge can sometimes be frustrating. Not a bad job though I’ve done similar in worse conditions.

Relaxed atmosphere. Moneys half decent with overtime. Good people.

Dusty. Smelly.

it really is a great company

the company lives by its values. People First, Protect our Planet and Profit for Purpose. you can see these every day. the company and managers really do care about staff and make sure you have everything to do your job. you are supported and given opportunities to progress. i think it is a great place to work and the people I work with are a great team. everyone cares.

Miserable and bad management

Worst place I have ever worked don’t give a monkey about their employees management clueless and not nice people petty only pay you from when your wheels move not when you clock in unless you are one of the lickers

Will allow your tools to be stolen.

Will allow your tools to be stolen from workshop and will not replace them, don't care about family matters, no flexibility even for long term employees like I was.

Pay is average-above average.

Allows theft, dont care about employees.

A company on the up! The fleet is being upgraded across all services. Would highly recommend! Not overly pressured by management, if you're there to work you'll get on well!

less you do have time off sick days off and said yes to them you were ok if you got on with the job they find anything to pull you down one of the md has his yes fallowers the other is fair and strait with you job is not hard very messy and smell
